In November of 2021, The Board of Directors voted to limit meetings to four membership meetings per year and a Special  Budget meeting in November. .  In the interim between meetings, the Board will hold work sessions as necessary but a scheduled meeting will be held the last Thursday of the month before the scheduled Membership / Board meeting and they will be available for members to attend via ZOOM.  Schedule will be posted on the website and in the newsletter. Minutes of these and Committee updates will be posted on the website and read into the General Meeting Minutes. Financial statements will be generated monthly and distributed to the Board Members and  will be available  to any member requesting them.   The General Membership meetings are held quarterly on the  first Wednesday of the third month of the Quarter. 
The Annual Membership meeting is held on the second Monday in September.​  It is at this meeting that new  members of the Board of Director are elected.  The  budget for the following year is ratified at the December General Membership meeting,
