Towne Point Owners Association is a Planned Unit Development (PUD) regulated by the City of Port Townsend and the State of Washington. These governing documents define the Association and how the Board of Directors shall manage the affairs of the community.

Towne Point Policies

The Owners Handbook explains how the CC&Rs and Bylaws are managed in the day to day operation of the Association. The intent is to live in harmony with each other yet allow the Board of Directors to maintain and operate the Association as intended by the governing documents. Over the course of time some rules have developed and they are explained in the Supplement to Handbook document.

Storage Yard

The storage yard will reopen for storage of vehicles, boats, trailers,  campers, RVs, etc. All vehicles must have current registration and tabs.  Motorized vehicles must be operational.  All paperwork must be filled out and signed prior obtaining a key and placing a vehicle in the storage area.  Please read the rules and regulations and sign the Agreement and bring it  to the office.  Key deposit is $35 and is refundable when returned. ​Rental Fee for each Item: $15 dollars per month for vehicles measured 22 feet or less, $25 per month for vehicles measured in excess of 22 feet. Payment will be billed quarterly. Key Deposit for each key: $30.00 which is refundable upon return of the key. See Appendix A.
