BOARD NEWS

On June 4th, a General Membership Meeting was held in the clubhouse.

The treasurer's report gave an update on the status of the budget and reserve funds.  The budget is holding true as we approach the half year.  Reserve funds are being transferred to the reserve fund according to budget.

The reserve spending is going as planned.  The paving project is complete.  The kiosk project is in progress.  The kiosks that needed to be repaired or replaced are a priority.

New kiosks will be built and older ones replaced.  The goal is to have kiosk clusters rather than individual mailboxes. This is the preference of the post office and the committee in charge is working with them to accommodate their criteria.

There are mailboxes available through the association, however, if members prefer a locking mail box, they will need to purchase it on their own and the committee will install it.

Landscaping needs were discussed. The mowing contractor will be contacted about additional  line trimming along the fence line around the perimeter and debris removal.

A presentation was given on security cameras & solar lighting in the storage area and playground area at the clubhouse.

Members were reminded to participate in the community yard sale on Saturday, June 7th.

STORAGE AREA IS OPEN

If you are interested in storing a vehicle, boat, RV, etc.,  you can read and download the Agreement and Rules & Regulations on the document's page of this website or get them from the office during office hours. They can also be emailed or mailed  to you.

There is no fee to use the storage yard,
however, there is a key deposit of $30 which is refundable when returned. (See rules that apply).  Space is limited and availability is first come first served.
